  I found everything above expectation for the money involved. It has been recently renovated. Staff were both courteous and kind. It was a pleasure on all counts. - Very friendly staff, very big room, recently renovated

  The hotel was very nice. Natalia, who handles some of the local tours out of the hotel, is exceptional. Our driver mysteriously disappeared and she worked for over an hour to make things work out for us. Kudos to her for making her heroic efforts. - Staff spoke english and the hotel was reasonably priced. If going to Ternopil I would stay there a... vad folk säger » gain.
