  My girlfriend and I stayed two nights. As other reviewers have noted the outside is under construction and the neighborhood may not be the nicest people are used to. Everything was done in shades of purple and roze, even the kithchenette. The hosts (who don't speak English) went out of their way to make us comfortable, showed us the shops in the neighbourhood, the mashrutka stop, phoned their son and woke their daughter (who both speak English) to translate.
