This is my second visit . Very good location and pleasant atmosphere of Odessa . There is all that is necessary for a comfortable stay . This is my favorite place. very clean staff helpful close to the centre would book theses apartments again everything you need here in the apartment excellent. Price, location in the center of the city - very comfortable for one-day business trip.
alla recensioner » Excelent location Comfortable and clean rooms. Location - historical center. clean and center. Free Transfer from Airport/Railway Station to Appartement. You are directly in the heart of the City of Odessa. Only few meters away you find Supermarket and good Restaurants. Has kitchen with Gas cooking and Micowaven-so you can prepare little things. Refrigerator is big for your Drinks. The Door to Room is "full-metall-Jacket" - Quality- nobody can break in-so you feel very safe. Air condition works well- Jacuzzi I dont use. The place was good, the rooms and the location was great. If you want to be in the tourist center is perfect. There is a supermarket in the other side of the street. location was great right near the steps and close to restaurants. Location is excellent. location. nothing......... My train arrived at night. I called the administrator in the afternoon and informed that I would arrive near midnight. When I came there was nobody at the reception - took me some time to orient in the situation and find where to go. Was a bit stressful and unexpected. Room number 38 have a very good acoustic. We heared everything. We waked up at 6 a.m. At this time staff started speak about cats, TV, music and other boring things. It was awful. Only 1 key for 1 apartments. Double bed = one blanket. Its a rule. No service. Sveta the responsible and friendly Girl for the Room understand no English- so I must contact the Office to talk to the Manager. In the Night many Cats around like to make awful noisy Sex-sometimes direct under my window - I would kill them when I had a gun. Maybe I am only needfull that they had more Sex than I?. Cleaning nonexistant. Kitchen utensils were glued to the cabinets. In addition, we saw several cockroaches and there was blood on one of the mattresses, they could have put a bottom sheet .... If you are a tourist who does not speak the language you will have trouble. They were very dishonest and lied about the bus schedule so that we would pay 10 times more for their train transfer than a cab would cost. Even though it says free transfer to train station and airport. I will never stay here again because of this. Almost no WiFi connection inside. Not fresh air. It was in a gross alley, with workers smoking outside our windows at all hours of the night. It didn't feel clean. It was old and out-dated. Way too expensive for what we got.
