  I was very happy with the hotel. The apartman was clean, very pleasantly furnitured, well equipped. It even had a minibar, that I did really not expect in an apartman hotel. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Locationwise the metro is just a short walk away, so everything accessible. It is close to Kievska Lavra, which is also a plus. I can only give a top mark for this hot - In summary - clean, well located, quiet and spacious. We arrived very early in the morning (6 am) and they allowed us in the room. Everybody from the staff was very kind. There was food and water in the fridge when we arrived, that was crucial since we were really tired and it was too early that shops weren't actually open.   The location is perfect - close to many of Kiev places of interest. The apartment had everything we needed: very comfortable beds, nice and clean bathroom, kitchen corner equipped with all necesary things. There were even two TVs (one would be enough). They sorted everything out, they were very friendly, they gave me the room I expected which was very nicely decorated and in my view, the location is perfect to see and visit the sights of Kiev. 10 out of 10 to the staff!   Excellent! Very good location, realy 50 steps to GoldenGate attraction and 150 steps to main street. Good conection to Airport (IEV) and public transports.   This was my first time in Kiev and I was looking for a small apartment to avoid the extortionate hotel charges in the city. KIevinn is certainly the answer. It is 5 minutes walk from the main Independence Square. Prior to arrival I arranged a pick up from the airport which was still waiting even though the flight was over an hour late. Both the night time and day time sta - Like most reviews, great location for access to the city, there are also many hotel choices in the immediate vicinity, so I know I have many choices on my next visit, although I will probably stay in this hotel again, I had a 7 day stay in a suite with sauna,i never used the sauna, so will not go for such a room again, as the city is very active with many things to do, plenty of great restaurants in the area to, try the black pig at the top on the street, great food.
