  Very good hotel,perfect service,very good location,very fast internet,big room ,good furnitured. The staff was friendly and gave us another room with balcony upon request (please check in advance that you get one, they have only two rooms available). Actually this rooms are much bigger than the others. We paid 20 uah for WiFi for the whole stay, but the internet speed is pretty poor.

  My stay at Senator was quite frankly one of the best experiences of my life because everything about this aparthotel suited my tastes. The rooms were very comfortable with an interior design that was just perfect for my needs. They were very roomy and instilled a homely, relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. The location is perfect for taking a walk and exploring Kiev's sights. To reach - Due to "technical reasons" we were given another flat at Senator Apartment Maidan instead. We were offered a bigger flat for the same price, and they even called (and paid) a taxi for us to get there. Our new flat was awesome, much nicer than expected, and in a perfect location, central but quiet and safe. Everything was just fine, hot water all day long, wi-fi working without problems, nicely-equipped kitchen, and comfy bed. Perfect service and very good value for money. Highly recommended!

  Excellent! Very good location, realy 50 steps to GoldenGate attraction and 150 steps to main street. Good conection to Airport (IEV) and public transports.   The hotel is situated in an apartment complex. Maybe the outside will scare some people but don't worry about that! The inside is excellent. The apartment we booked had a nice jacuzzi, kitchen, living room and a big bed room! Very nice design also! The staff is very friendly and helpful! The apartment building is in the middle of the center and the metro station is just 50 meters away. Ideal for moving around Kie - The managers were very helpful and friendly. They and the staff spoke decent English. The taxi drivers they hired were very friendly and spoke very good English. Plus, their rates were reasonable. My studio apartment was modern, comfortable, quiet and very secure. I also liked the fact they are located in a nice, busy part of the city.

  The Boatel is a charming change from run-of-the-gun hostels, especially if you can get a river-side cabin. It is well appointed, beautiful and tasteful design that makes the stay delightful.   Yurii, the owner, is very kind and provide any service in the city, specially taxi/transport. He speaks English which is very important in Kiev. He took us to the bus station and from the train station free of charge. Also he took us to Borispol airport for a very reasonable 160 grivnas (35 km). The hotel is a private house in a quiet area of Kiev, with a good terrace for breakfast and a little garden for bbq - We stayed in economy room. Friendly owners and staff. Quite place, new facilities, clean and bright. Small but comfortable room. Modern design. Free wifi. Nice bathroom. Homemade food is very delicious and for the the very good price. Free transfer to Zhulyany airport. We are very picky in the choosing hotels, and this one exceeded our expectations.

  We stayed at a standard apartment for two people, and it was really spacious: a kitchen, a living room with a sofa and TV, and a large bedroom were complemented with two bathrooms. The ceilings are very high (though all the time it reminded me of my office, and prompted questions about cleaning dust on curtain rods). The Staff "Natacha" was very friendly. When I arrived I've been told that the hot water was not working at the whole building, so they transferred me to another apartment close by.   I am a travel agent and in the past 10 years I had the chance to travel all around, and I can say that VS Apartments services are getting very close to what I found in a 5 star hotel. Vladimir, our guest, was very prompt, from the time of booking, during our stay with good restaurants/places to visit recommendations, till our back home flight. The place was indeed very clean, in a new building, a nic - We were highly satisfied with these apartments. As many others have mentioned before, rooms are fine (clean, spacious, with new furniture, massage shower bath, quick internet…), but the biggest advantage of this hotel is the staff, which is extremely kind and helpful (specially Vladimir). I am sure, that in the whole Kiev you will not find a better staff than VS apartments staff, so do not hesitate and book you room until it is too late..

  everything was as stated in boooking.com. we even got an upgrade into better room for free - the best in the hotel. hotel seemed to bee full, but we never waited to use toilet or shower. the room was the closest to the kitchen, reception and bathroom and we were with 1.5 year son, but noise was never too loud, too late or too long. kitchen is ful... vad folk säger » ly equipped, good when u are with children. stuff very helpful - offered umbrellas, woke up at 3 am to call as a taxi to Zuliany airport, which cost - This place is excellent. It is in an apartment on the 5th foor of an older building but it is very easy to find thanks to the yelow signs. The location could not have been better, just a short walk from St. Michael's and Independence Square. Staff is very friendly, the wifi worked, the beds were comfy and the available kitchen was a nice bonus.

Its a littlebit hard to find the place so be focus when u coming there in order to find the hotel. the location is great, there is a trainstation 5 minutes from the hotel, and big grocery and shoping center 10 minutes walk from the hotel.
