  Pretty much everything! Wonderful hostel. After booking we got a confirmation from the hostel with a good description on how to find it. We were warmly welcomed, spontaneously given a map with a lot of tips about things to do and see in Kiev. The lady was very friendly and prepared a nice breakfast for us. Все чисто, аккуратно, уютно, сделан хороший ремонт. Из огромный плюсов бесплатный wi-fi, ночное заселение, завтрак, возможность оставить вещи после выселения.

  Great localization 5 minutes from metro station. Several shops in neighborhood working long hours. Room was clean and quite big. For this price I think anyone can not complain. - The room was quite OK, clean, and worth the price if you spend most of your time with sightseeing.

  We got a huge 2-rooms apartment on the Kostelnaya st. - an office manager was really customer-oriented and exchanged our 1-room flat as a bonus to the "taxi topic" I have mentioned in the cons.   Excellent value for money. We booked a quadruple room, which was extremely spacious with four separate twin beds. Beds were very soft and comfortable. Security guard was outside of the front door 24/7 to ensure guest safety. Reception was also open 24/7 and was very helpful in booking taxis etc (excellent English). - Friendly staff
