  Great spa/fitness area, Very central location but the entrance is away from the crowds. Very attentive staff : concierge arranged our evenings. The reception graciously allowed us a late check-out at no cost as our flight back home was very late in the evening. - Nice cosy bar with a fireplace. - Hotel food was of a very good quality, much hi... vad folk säger » gher than average hotels. - Great location, friendly and well trained staff - I was especially impressed with accomodating my emailed request for late check-out. My second visit and will be back.

  Luxury hotel with excellent service and nice rooms. I can recommend to everybody who is looking for a good hotel in the center of the city. - Great value for money; nice atmosphere, elegant interior and qualified stuff. Complimentary coffee offered at the lobby was a nice touch.

  I took my wife to the Fairmont Grand Hotel in Kyiv as this was originally where she had requested we go for our "honeymoon" last year. It didn't work out for several reasons. This year, it was possible.
