  I was very happy with the hotel. The apartman was clean, very pleasantly furnitured, well equipped. It even had a minibar, that I did really not expect in an apartman hotel. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Locationwise the metro is just a short walk away, so everything accessible. It is close to Kievska Lavra, which is also a plus. I can only give a top mark for this hot - In summary - clean, well located, quiet and spacious. We arrived very early in the morning (6 am) and they allowed us in the room. Everybody from the staff was very kind. There was food and water in the fridge when we arrived, that was crucial since we were really tired and it was too early that shops weren't actually open.   I've stayed in several hotels while visting Ukraine, and this one was probably the best one!! The room was so big that I could have held a party in it!   Everything. This place is a little gem - wonderful 100% renovated big house made into a mini-hotel with lots of charm. I always stay there when I go to Kiev on business - would even change dates of visit to ensure that I can stay at Oselya. Ok, its a drive away to central Kiev, but thats the only downside. Wonderful staff and rooms, good internet ... vad folk säger » connection, easy to book transfers and get all kinds of help which would be impossible to get with out a hassel at real hotels in central Kiev. 100% t - Very conveniently located near the railway station and Zhylyany airport. We arrived by train and were met by hotel. Transfer to airport was in time and without any problem. I highly recomend to use hotel transfer. Everything was very modern and of a high quality. Nice garden, free wi-wi even in the garden. The staff very polite and helpful.

  The location is perfect - close to many of Kiev places of interest. The apartment had everything we needed: very comfortable beds, nice and clean bathroom, kitchen corner equipped with all necesary things. There were even two TVs (one would be enough).   The location was 5 min walk to Universitet metro station and across a few restaurants which were good. The room was very clean and had the atmosphere of a good family-run hotel. Although the staff did not speak perfect English, they were able to assist us in making cab bookings and ensuring we got a fair price. This is something most hotels across Europe - - good size, nice none-modern furniture. - recently refurbished - nice bathroom - good wifi - Helpful staff - excellent breakfast at restaurant 'tomatoes' next door. I strongly recommend if you have time in the morning (starts at 9 o'clock and there is quite a wait after the order) - exactly on time, as ordered, ok-ish breakfast served in the room for those in a rush or before 9:00 All the past negative comments seem outdated, other then the external breakfast waiting time.

  This was my first time in Kiev and I was looking for a small apartment to avoid the extortionate hotel charges in the city. KIevinn is certainly the answer. It is 5 minutes walk from the main Independence Square. Prior to arrival I arranged a pick up from the airport which was still waiting even though the flight was over an hour late. Both the night time and day time sta - Like most reviews, great location for access to the city, there are also many hotel choices in the immediate vicinity, so I know I have many choices on my next visit, although I will probably stay in this hotel again, I had a 7 day stay in a suite with sauna,i never used the sauna, so will not go for such a room again, as the city is very active with many things to do, plenty of great restaurants in the area to, try the black pig at the top on the street, great food.

  I can definitely recommend staying in hotel Bratislava. First of all its price/performance ratio is definitely reasonable. I had a superior room at the 10-th floor (with photos from Prague decorating the corridor :-) and I can say anything against it. Even a water pressure was excellent in the shower. On the whole great value for money. WiFi worked great everywhere in the hotel and was fast enough to stream uk tv without a problem.   This is an excellent hotel in a residential high rise apartment building. Very clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Great queen size bed, fridge and stove.
