Clean and modern, but small, standard room. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff including concierge. Generally western european standards. Good location for city center and close enough that we could walk (but a long walk) to the Lavra and other sites overlooking the Dnipro. excellent location for Olympic stadium and close to city centre for sightseeing. metro nearby and very cheap. exceptional attentive staff at hotel. helpful and English speaking staff. room service same price as in restaurant. good breakfast. plenty of lifts. able to book and pay for taxi at hotel. concierge service. porters excellent. glad we stayed at this hotel. excellent !!

I was very happy with the hotel. The apartman was clean, very pleasantly furnitured, well equipped. It even had a minibar, that I did really not expect in an apartman hotel. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Locationwise the metro is just a short walk away, so everything accessible. It is close to Kievska Lavra, which is also a plus. WIFI

In summary - clean, well located, quiet and spacious. We arrived very early in the morning (6 am) and they allowed us in the room. Everybody from the staff was very kind. There was food and water in the fridge when we arrived, that was crucial since we were really tired and it was too early that shops weren't actually open. The room is like and 1 bedroom apartment. I had a great time at the hotel and can warmly recommend it to anyone. The staff was very friendly and good value for money. I read that people complained about this hotel but I have stayed half of my life in 5 star hotels but in my opinion this hotel offers all you need to stasy for a very good priv´ce and has an excellent location.

Good value and location for your money. Hotel is a bit "soviet" but renovated some 10 years ago and looks very acceptable taking in consideration high prices for hotels in center of Kiev.
Try it instead of rental apartments and in most of cases you will be pleasantly surprised.

This was my first time in Kiev and I was looking for a small apartment to avoid the extortionate hotel charges in the city. KIevinn is certainly the answer. It is 5 minutes walk from the main Independence Square. Prior to arrival I arranged a pick up from the airport which was still waiting even though the flight was over an hour late.

Like most reviews, great location for access to the city, there are also
many hotel choices in the immediate vicinity, so I know I have many
choices on my next visit, although I will probably stay in this hotel
again, I had a 7 day stay in a suite with sauna,i never used the sauna,
so will not go for such a room again, as the city is very active with
many things to do, plenty of great restaurants in the area to, try the
black pig at the top on the street, great food.

was probably the best one!!
The room was so big that I could have held a party in it! Within walking distance of Rodina Mat and other attractions. Also there is a supermarket very close by. Set in a peaceful street in the city centre. -
