  Clean and modern, but small, standard room. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff including concierge. Generally western european standards. Good location for city center and close enough that we could walk (but a long walk) to the Lavra and other sites overlooking the Dnipro. When we arrived early for breakfast, we were informed that we should ... vad folk säger » have requested early departure breakfast (no one told us), but then they let us in and all was well. - excellent location for Olympic stadium and close to city centre for sightseeing. metro nearby and very cheap. exceptional attentive staff at hotel. helpful and English speaking staff. room service same price as in restaurant. good breakfast. plenty of lifts. able to book and pay for taxi at hotel. concierge service. porters excellent. glad we stayed at this hotel. excellent !!

  Olyesa and Viktoria, receptionist was excellent with their English and they helped me a lot. They are kind, friendly and very polite. They have to get 5stars. The hotel was very clean and even the cleaning ladies was so helpful. Nothing got lost from my room and I would suggest this hotel to everyone. The bus stop was close and the tram also helpe... vad folk säger » d a lot. It was ideal for a traveller like me. But the staff is 5 star...The internet is quick, more than enough channels on tv and my room was cleane - All the staff were really friendly and courteous. The staff helped me with arranging the taxi and also with printing some personal documents. I stayed in a twin comfortable room. The room is worth for the money. In Kiev for 55$ it's economical. You can take the bus 13K or 90 from the hotel to Nivky metro station. From Nivky metro station it's hardly 15 minutes to reach the city center by metro. Though I don't know Russian or Ukranian I managed to go on my own a couple of times.

  Very good hotel. Secure car parking. Super rooms. - It was clean, convenient to public transport, spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was very good for the money.

  Personalen på hotellet var mycket trevliga och tillmötesgående med allt jag frågade om. Stranden utmed dnieper är härlig att promenera på och ligger alldeles intill. - The hotel is almost on the beach with buitiful view - it's worth much more money and sets up a great mood!
