  Clean and modern, but small, standard room. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff including concierge. Generally western european standards. Good location for city center and close enough that we could walk (but a long walk) to the Lavra and other sites overlooking the Dnipro.   I was very happy with the hotel. The apartman was clean, very pleasantly furnitured, well equipped. It even had a minibar, that I did really not expect in an apartman hotel. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Locationwise the metro is just a short walk away, so everything accessible. It is close to Kievska Lavra, which is also a plus. I can only give a top mark for this hot - In summary - clean, well located, quiet and spacious. We arrived very early in the morning (6 am) and they allowed us in the room. Everybody from the staff was very kind. There was food and water in the fridge when we arrived, that was crucial since we were really tired and it was too early that shops weren't actually open.   This is an excellent hotel in a residential high rise apartment building. Very clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Great queen size bed, fridge and stove. Superb $$ value. 5 minute walk to metro which costs 25 us cents a ride. They like Americans!! If you want extra pillows and towels, just ask! I would stay here again.   Olyesa and Viktoria, receptionist was excellent with their English and they helped me a lot. They are kind, friendly and very polite. They have to get 5stars. The hotel was very clean and even the cleaning ladies was so helpful. Nothing got lost from my room and I would suggest this hotel to everyone. But the staff is 5 star...The internet is quick, more than enough channels on tv and my room was cleane - All the staff were really friendly and courteous. The staff helped me with arranging the taxi and also with printing some personal documents. I stayed in a twin comfortable room. The room is worth for the money. In Kiev for 55$ it's economical. You can take the bus 13K or 90 from the hotel to Nivky metro station. From Nivky metro station it's hardly 15 minutes to reach the city center by metro. Though I don't know Russian or Ukranian I managed to go on my own a couple of times.

  I like the location and the view from the 12th floor. I like the friendliness of the Receptionists like Mrs. Ilona was so helpful, efficient and courteous.   This was my first time in Kiev and I was looking for a small apartment to avoid the extortionate hotel charges in the city. KIevinn is certainly the answer. It is 5 minutes walk from the main Independence Square. Prior to arrival I arranged a pick up from the airport which was still waiting even though the flight was over an hour late. Both the night time and day time sta - Like most reviews, great location for access to the city, there are also many hotel choices in the immediate vicinity, so I know I have many choices on my next visit, although I will probably stay in this hotel again, I had a 7 day stay in a suite with sauna,i never used the sauna, so will not go for such a room again, as the city is very active with many things to do, plenty of great restaurants in the area to, try the black pig at the top on the street, great food.
