  Everything was excellent and on a high level - both facilities and the staff. Very comfortable rooms, qualitative furniture and bathroom equipment, good ventilation and air conditioning. Very professional and friendly staff. Good breakfast and restaurant. Definitely reccomend this hotel! - Everything was just fine, it is a good european 4-stars... vad folk säger » hotel, pretty new, clean and modern. It is very close to the airport, so ideal for transit travelers. However it is a bit far from the city center (~ 15 min by taxi, taxy price is 4 euro). Free and stable wi-fi connection.

  This spa resort cannot be missed if you are in the area. It is a real treasure and truly 5*star hotel. The best it suites for romantic getaway or relaxing luxurious weekend and for all kind of business events (they have impressive congress facilities). Конечно, сложно ожидать другого от пятизвездочного отеля, но тем не менее, сравнивая с другими отелями подобного уровня Superior golf and spa resort абсолютно на уровне и высоте. Замечательная спа зона с бассейном. Что важно: температура воды теплая (зимой) и детишки могли вдоволь наплаваться. В спа стоит профес. итальянская спа-комната Sweet Spa, фирмы starpool. Очень классная! Ужин также был замечательный. В-общем отличный отель, обязательно остановимся

  Great service, starting from the pickup at the airport throughout the whole stay. Nice breakfast Top-class gym Good kitchen (enjoyed two dinners there) - Best recommend for everyone who will came in Kharkov !!!!!!
