Please note, the communal areas in the building are quite tired and worn, and are not of the same standard as the inside of the home. I.D. check and card authorisation: When you arrive, onefinestay will check the lead guests I.D. and secure a GBP 1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released when onefinestay confirms no damage was caused during your stay. A security deposit of GBP 1000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
