I took my Mum for her birthday, she was taken on holiday to Llandudno as a child and wanted to return. We had the family room at the top. The room was lovely and big, and we had a proper bathroom with full length bathtub and a good strong shower above it. The beds were comfortable and the linen was good. There was no noise from the other guests or from outside so we slept really well. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good and they offered smoked salmon and scramb.
alla recensioner » Bernie and Mary were lovely hosts , we were made to feel very welcome in their lovely renovated victorian home ,rooms are very clean and comfortable .Mary cooks a lovely breakfast ,and Bernie serves , nothing is too much trouble and he gives you lots of useful tips of where to eat and places to visit.Parking is on site , so is a big bonus . The main sea front and all ammenities are only a short walk away. We would not hesitate to book again and really enjoyed our stay. I chose Abbey House because of the off street parking, value for money and position. It did not disappoint. Hosts were warm & friendly, breakfasts were excellent & catered to your individual tastes. Quiet location but easy walking to the promenade. We enjoy a good bed and as my husband said - this one felt like we were sleeping on a cloud. We can't wait to return next year. I can thoroughly recommend The Abbey House. The Owners are really nice and friendly and helped make our stay very enjoyable. The room was modern and luxurious, large enough to have a seating area, and a very comfortable bed, and very clean, as is the En-suite bathroom, which has a high standard of fitments. The Breakfast was superb, and a good selection of cereals etc. Bernie was a perfect host. Room was immaculate and tastefully decorated. Bathroom spotlessly clean and had a double size walk in power shower. Parking included and were allowed to keep our car until we had finished shopping that day, hours after we checked out. Breakfast delicious and plenty of it. Definitely recommend Abbey House and will definitely return. The fabulous welcome by the owners and their recommendations for places for evening meals out. Shown rooms - of all an excellent standard before allocation. Individual private car parking space. Excellent traditional English breakfast provided. High quality furnished rooms and spotlessly clean and serviced. The room was very nice clean and very comfortable. Mary the owner nothing was to much trouble. The following morning coming down for breakfast that was the highlight for me a fantastic breakfast to start the day well cooked and healthily. I would recommend any one to try this Bed and Breakfast out. absolutely everything. Cant think of anything that wasn't right. The proprietors Mary and Bernard were lovely. The rooms were clean and really comfortable. The breakfast were cooked beautifully and the location is close to amenities and the promenade. Would certainly recommend this. Mary and Bernie were fantastic hosts, room spacious, king size bed and fab bathroom. Generous breakfast to set you up for the day. Great that there is a parking space for each room as parking at a premium in Llandudno. Short walk to town centre. Highly recommend and will go again.
