early breakfast, shower not working and noise of cleaning staff in morning including entry to room without warning or apology.
Reception wasn't expecting us, despite us having written confirmation from the hotel group. No apology and couldn't fulfil our booking request for a bath not shower. Hotel and room tired and in need of a refurb. Public areas very worn, stained tables etc. Ceiling paper peeling in room. Very creaky floors. Hard bed. Breakfast only available 8 - 9 even on a Sunday. Only 11 parking spaces and very tight. Basically a hotel for coach tours (at least 2 coachloads staying that night).
