Set within beautiful Cotswolds countryside, this stone-built, 4-star B&B is 10 minutes’ drive from Bath and 15 minutes from the M4. Barn House serves delicious, aga-cooked full English breakfasts in the cosy kitchen overlooking green fields and woodland.
Spacious and bright, all rooms boast picturesque views of the surrounding Wiltshire farmland. Each room features a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and tea and coffee-making facilities. There is also a shared kitchen with a fridge/freezer and microwave for guests to use.
There are 2 acres of pretty gardens, and you can relax in outdoor seating areas with views of the local area. A wide variety of wildlife can often be seen, including woodpeckers, deer, and foxes.
Barn House has free off-road parking, and is just a short distance from the Northey Arms pub where five-star food is available.

Graham and Teresa offered a wonderful welcome (so did Alfie the dog!). The setting is beautifully tranquil with a delightful garden in which to enjoy your book and friendly cows in the neighbouring field! Graham's full English breakfast was superb, the room was spotless with a lovely big bathroom and comfortable bed. The use of the little kitchen is an added bonus. Comfortable facilities, good bed, excellent shower, quiet location but
you need a car to access. Friendly hosts, good breakfast although served
at communal table with guests from the other two rooms. Short drive to
excellent food at local hotel, and handy convenience store and atm at
service station. Shared kitchen facilities /fridge could be useful
if staying a bit longer than our brief visit. Garden is very nice.
Comfortable clean spacious room. The owners are lovely people and Teresa made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
Graham cooks a great full English breakfast and the little annex is just right with a seperate kitchen for guest use.
We Will return when we can persuade the grandparents to have our little one again.... We loved meeting Alfie the dog, he's adorable. Thanks for a lovely break.
The couple who run the B&B were very friendly and accomodating, even when we arrived really late in the evening (from bad traffic) - they were lovely. Room and the ensuite were immaculate, very comfortable. Breakfast was really good too. We would definately stay there again, no question.

English every morning! Great location just 10-15mins drive straight into
Bath. Anything extra was never too much trouble. Highly recommend.
The owners welcomed us into their home they were exceedingly generous with their hospitality. The setting is beautiful. Their beautiful Labrador also made us feel welcomed. We would definitely return.

The staff were very helpfull, friendly & welcoming. The B & B was gorgeous and very comfortable. It was lovely & clean and the facilities were perfect. Cooked breakfast was good too!.
Graham and Theresa are very friendly, very helpful and very easy to talk to. Location is ok out of the busy little cities, but every thing is handy in Box which is just around the corner.

Nothing significant; cash only payment could be a problem if not
prepared although atm in nearby village. Communal breakfast a bit
challenging and I would prefer cheaper rate and optional payment for
breakfast, but a uk tradition.
