Our room was at the top of the building and was decorated nicely and beds were comfy, mirror was broken (but not like that is end of the world). We only wanted to sleep here and have a good breakfast in the morning which we did. Cereal, juice, coffee/tea and full cooked breaskfast with toast.
The staff were really friendly and made us fell very welcome. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to my friends!!!. alla recensioner »
Gentleman was very helpful, good choice of breakfast fried breakfast was lovely . They was a bar with a pool table in .i would def stay there again .
the big comfy bed was so cosy so sleep quality excellent. owner and his wife were lovely.near to all attractions, loved it.

They was nothing i didnt like it was more what could be changed it was a bit dated wallpsper peeling of but for what you pay you dont expect the ritz.
room a wee bit shabby but they were in the process of decorating so that will prob change shower a bit grubby , but everything else made up for this and would stay again.
The only thing i would recommend is having hand wash on all the sinks.
Young cleaners need training and monitoring. There were crumbs on the table, floor not vacuumed, piles of laundry in public areas and shower has mould growng in it.
Bed in R4 needs a decent mattress.
If breakfast is advertied for 9.00 it needs to be available then.
decor was very dated, rooms very small & en.suites need upgrading.
Staying in a family room with two younger children then finding out that you could smoke in a family room not acceptable with young children. The windowed we're broke you could not shut them to be fully closed. There was a full ashtray in the bathroom. Thought cleaners were meant to clean. There was a lot of damp and very cold in the rooms. One socket didn't work for the kettle. In all the whole hotel needs updating.
It was dirty,smelly and old furnishings.I found cat droppings under the childrens bed and when I complained the staff were not apoligetic and didnt seem to bothered.

Room was very small an had smell of damp.
The tiny portable tv that kept humming and the dirty shower head and mouldy shower curtain. the cups an kettle provided in our room were dirty and we were unable to use the kettle as there were no plug sockets working.
Room very poky. No soap or shower gel provided. Very dirty.
The rooms are dirty. Smell strongly of smoke. Holes in the ceiling and paper coming off the walls. Dirty bed linen looked like it had not been washed. Shower tray had hairs in and all the tiles moldy. We slept in our clothes and left without showering as it was to dirty. If I had not already given my card details I would not of stayed there. Wish I could send the hotel inspector there.
Room & Shower were awful. It was something like when i stayed in a hostel in Ukraine last summer. Bed sheets and pillows smelt stale and for £75 a night i did expect better.
The room was black wallpaper coming off wall carpet hadnt been hoovered it was tiny sink shower and toilet were filthy coffee stains all over the sheets were full of hairs and black marks the draught largers werent been served they were serveing cans at prices fsr more expensive than what they paid for them will not be returning.
The place is disgusting and dirty. It's not fit for RATS. I will never stay there again. It's an health hazard. I didn't even have breakfast because of the conditions.
