We were very happy with the staff and with our stay, the staff were lovely and friendly, also great company. They were very helpful and very understandable. They made sure we were having a good time and made sure we were comfortable, they sort out any problems straight away which we also liked. I hate Blackpool, only went for the Rabellian Punk Fest. Staff were wonderful to me as I have a walking disability and they put me in their Lodge accommodation ground floor. Well placed for the winter gardens. also the owner moved his car so I could park.

The secure parking was nice, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Fantastic hotel booked it 40mins before I arrived very welcoming food was fantastic the rooms are very stylish too !. very clean and friendly nice and warm I will book again and told my friends it is walking 5 mins to town. It was brill no complaints at all we are planning to stay ther again top marks. We booked a show and the hotel was in a good location and very friendly. Everything about the place was good. They didn't have the quadruple room we had booked and offered two doubles instead which were nice but were possibly a little expensive for what they were. No dislikes at all. We were happy with everything. Bed too soft Street light outside room 6 made sleeping difficult. Nothing really xxx. Hot water took ages to come Through. Daughters'room was not same standard as mine, though similar price. The bar prices and opening hours. Rushing our breakfast. Mugs and glasses werent changed. floors are making a bit of noise. Booking was messed up, even tho I booked a twin room with a guest they decided to put me and my guest up in a double room because they thought I found a loop hole in the system. Never been so shcoked to hear that remark from the owner. Even tho their systems said twin room as I booked I still had to pay more for their mistake to get an extra bed which again I thought was wrong. Had no where to go so felt pressured to pay extra as I didnt want to let my friend down. the room had squeaky floorboards. the shower had a horrid damp smell that smelt like sewage so didn't use it. a light fitting fell off the ceiling in the bathroom which was dangerous if using the bathroom at the time. Mattress too soft. Can hear noice too clearly from outside doorways and when next door opens the door it sounds like someone opens your door. No lifts, need to claim 2 floors with my luggages. Toilet sewerage emit a foul smell. Serves reasonably good breakfast. The towels were never changed in the four days we were there, one of the walls in the room was soaking wet, we were not in the main hotel but in an annex and I would not stay there again.
