Vad folk säger
Woman was friendly, had no hassle during our stay. I saw the previous review, and they said it was awful, no towels etc. They were wrong, there was towels, I don't see a problem with paying ten pound deposit for a remote, you get it back. All in all, was a great weekend, and a lovely stay at the Chilton.
I like the location, very near to the Madame Tussauds, Sealife and Blackpool Tower. Comfy and clean room and a spotless clean toilet. Nice receptionist :) will recommend my friends to stay at Chilton Hotel in future.alla recensioner »
The staff are friendly and willing to help if you have any problems. Room was suitable and clean. For the end of the holiday season this hotel is ideal. I would stay again if it was for a one night stay.
Location was great. Staff helpful. Although basic the family room we stayed in was quite spacious and it was clean. It was therefore perfectly adequate for our needs.
The hotel is in a good location, basic room only small but ideal for just getting your head down and clean. Good value for money.
everything, the staff was so friendly would definatly go back without a doubt, best hotel i've ever stayed at!.
Staff really nice and friendly
Comfortable bed
Nice clean rooms
Value for money

Good clean warm hotel. Nice friendly staff, ideal location close to town center etc.
location was ideal. basic but clean. cafe and shop close to hotel.
Staff were very friendly, basic but clean room did the job.
very clean...new owners trying hard...friendly...
Room was clean, and it was cheap and cheerful.
Very clean although basic
Very friendly staff.
it was value for money clean and comfortable.
Very clean, friendly, warm and comfortable.
Good clean hotel close to all amenities.
Good location, friendly staff, quiet.
we liked the price and stay overall.
Great value and fantastic location.
Cleanliness.
The room was comfortable and clean. The location was within easy access to both the Pleasure Beach and the Tower side of the prom. The proprietor was friendly.
Hotel easily accessible and good location to golden mile. You get wat you pay for. We used it as just a room to sleep in.
in a good location for central attractions.
bedding and towels and cleanliness of room were excellent.
At the Chilton I was greeted with friendly staff, and the hotel room was clean.
Staff very friendly. Could tell it was being done up. Was ok.

Close to everything and cheap.
Very clean and good location.
Near the front,central.
Nice big clean room.
Location and staff.
The bed was comfy.
Friendly staff.
Checking out
How I appreciate proper hotels such as travelodge and premier inn. They are friendly and welcoming. The chilton is not!.
convenient location, hot water for the shower in the morning.
The location - that's it!.
Great location.
good location.
comfy beds.
Not alot.
Location.
The best part was when we checked out and won't have to look at the
hotel again.
Rooms were large enough for family of 5, for a 1 night stay.
It was close to all the amenities.
nothing.
Bed was a little too big for the room, should only be a single bed in there. Only dislike, which is something that can't be helped.
The room is quite small, but thats what you get for the price you pay.
The downside was there is no food available, if they did breakfast this would be a perfect overnight stay, friendly and clean, and within walking distance of attractions.
Could hear the children in the room above running backwards and forwards from 7am, but you'll be hard pressed to find a hotel with no noise!.
Shame they don't do breakfast would make the hotel.
I loved everthing! couldnt give them a bad reveiw!.
Could do with serving breakfast, but we knew this before we booked so not really a negative just a Idea.
as only stayed one night it wasn't too much of an issue having no drawers/wardrobe but if longer stay would of been, may of been put in different room if longer stay.
just needed a wardrobe to finish room...but was going to be sorted...
Tv was too high
You have to pay for clean towels.
Was missing a wardrobe but this was only setback.
bedding did not get changed while we were there, shower fell off wall as was not fitted well. and did not get more tea or sugar or whitener each day . but we still would stay there again.
No wardrobe.
Meals not available during stay but not a problem as there are lots of cafes around.
Tv to high, perfect if you like to stand and watch tv. cant see it if lying down. No food.
Room was a little tatty Took 10 minutes for the woman on reception to
find our booking Closest parking we found was at the football club ( 6-8
mins walk away).
Basic room.
Would have been nice to have had breakfast facilities.
Parking difficult.
A very basic cramped room with double bed and a single bed for grandchild. No cupboard/drawers/wardrobe in room. No shelves in bathroom. Bedroom door was old/battered and not fire-proof.
The problems was that the T.V was to high on the wall so we couldn't see the image properly. In the toilet the toilet seat broke off completely, and in the shower the dials came off the wall.
The view from my window, Window had no safety lock on and was right next to the bed. Had to keep it closed with having young children. Room was very hot with not being able to open window.
No parking,no wardrobe not a problem for one night though!! Tv to high up the wall hence distorted picture.
some hairs in the shower and no where to hang your clothes , but cheap for a few days stay.
Rooms very small and very hot could do with air conditioning!.
It was hard to sleep on a mattress that had springs coming through, and also a collapsed bed.there was no wardrobe or even a coat hook,we had to hang our clothes in the shower.
Most expensive nights sleep £180 for 2 adults, 2 under 10 and a baby.
Fire alarm disturbed children twice.
Can't really be called a hotel no food, no entertainment very overpriced :-( wouldn't return.
No wardrobe or hanging space.
The bathroom had paint all over it and looked in the middle of decoration. The room was tiny, the shower was also small and the shower curtain stuck to you. There was no mirror in bedroom near plugs for hairdryer and straighteners. The bar offered minimal drinks, drafts weren't turned on and the drinks served out of the fridge were warm.
Dated decor, poor level of room cleanliness, noise from other residents.
Staff attitude, blame users instead of poor craftsmanship.
Not a friendly atmosphere.
Not welcoming at all.
receptionist didnt know where the car park was, only by the name of an old b&b which is no longer there! told parking only 1min walk away was more like 5. room was cold, mattress was that thin it felt like you were sleeping on the bed base, only dried milk, had to pay a £10 deposit for a remote, our room was next to two door which banged and vibrated the room each time someone went through. bathroom mirror had tooth paste on and there was a used baby wipe under our kettle.
Have stayed in Blackpool many times but this was one of the worst. The room was bare - - no pictures etc , cushions had suspicious white stains, TV was on roof - new meaning for sky tv! Shower curtain mouldy at bottom and toilet seat was lethal - nearly lost a family member!! Adjoining room with doorway but....no door?? No parking and no breakfasts at least there were good cafés nearby.
Damp smell, tiny room, no wardrobe, shower tray blocked, no pillowcases, old tired flat pillows, cold room, expensive!.
on parking, on bedroom or bathroom furniture, rooms cold.
very basic no wardrobes , no shelves for toiletries , no hanging space , not even a hook for coats/ towels,.
Room was meant to be a family room it had two double beds and about
4ft x 5ft left to stand in. No wardrobe, one bedside cabinet. Booked
a family room, was given a room at the top of the house on the third
floor stairs cases was so narrow we couldn't get the pram up
into the room.
Telly the size of a postage stamp, high on wall so couldn't view it. Springs coming through mattress, child needed to sleep on duvet cover for comfort. No slip mat in shower, no bath mat on floor. incomplete decor. No wine. No Stella, although there was a tap for it. Lack of atmosphere.
1. Carpet was peeling up.
2. Curtains were hanging off
3. Toilet was broke
4. Light shade was up side down
5. No mirrow
6. Dirty mugs
7. Dirty bed
8. Broken door
9. Small room
10. No view
11. No where to put clothes
12. Dirty old shower curtain
13. Cheap painted blue exterior
14. On and on and on.
- Electrics didn't work, owners refused to call Electrician out to fix.
- VERY noisy, both inside and out
- Pub directly across the street is very busy with locals plus stag/hen parties and not ideal for families with young children
- Staff were welcoming on arrival, but not interested in fixing any problem (no lights/electric in room for the duration of our stay)
- At least one bed in our room was broken
- Parking nearby wasn't easiest.
I have requested a refund because there was a couple fighting
swearing and kicking the doors trying to get in our room for 2 hrs
through the night, I will not recommend the hotel unless the matter
is dealt with promptly.
we do not know how this is ciassed as a hotel .absolutely terrible would advise to keep well away .rip off .
the staff wasn't helpful didn't tell us that we had to pay for towels had to pay extra for tv remote no storage for clothes no where to even hang a coat it states there is parking but that's only if you park in a car park in which you have to pay for all in all we was glad to leave and would not return I have stayed in much better hotels for the same price we payed.
Will definitely reed reviews next time and listen to them sink was also hanging of the wall and they was hairs in the bed.
Rooms were dirty and bed linen were dirty.
