Amazing detail and everything has been thought out with care and attention. Couldnt believe that i could also get gluten free breakfast and cakes. The tea rooms are worth a visit on thier own as they are so beautiful, and the conterence room is a must see. The hotel is run by the most wonderful couple and i can not wait to return thanks for a welcome stay.
It was perfect! The rooms were beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable. The staff couldn't do enough for me and were very friendly. Breakfast was lovely. I received an email asking me what time I would be arriving, it was earlier than check-in time but my room was ready for me. I can't recommend them highly enough. Oh and the cakes were gorgeous!. alla recensioner »
Didn't think I would find a B&B that was anywhere close to being this nice. Fantastic! Very charming! Plus the location was very good - close to a lot of good restaurants, and the golf course where I was playing in a tournament (which was helpful to a Yank without a GPS who was in Northern Ireland for the first time).
The B&B had a character. Nicely decorated rooms, having its own bakery and offering fresh scones for evening (the rooms are situated above a busy traditional tea room) and its location and comfort in one of the best locations in Belfast were its main attractions for me.
Parking, comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff, traybakes from
tearoom left for guests, great choice for breakfast - very good
porridge. 8.30 A.M. breakfast not a problem if arranged in advance.
Location convenient for m1 motorway and a55 Belfast orbital road.
Very friendly staff, rooms were clean and comfortable. Little or no noise, ensured a peaceful night's sleep. Breakfast was very tasty. A selection of cakes/scones and a variety of specialty teas were available for general consumption throughout the day.
It is beautifully and tastefully decorated and the breakfast was excellent but I would agree that perhaps it should be possible to get breakfast before 9AM. It was possible to walk out to get something to eat at 9.00 when I arrived.
Room was very comfortable and quiet, breakfast was quite good, and the staff very friendly and helpful. Plenty of off street parking, and tasty treats are available after the kitchen closes. I would definitely stay again.
Deco is stylish. Foods served in the tea room are fantastic! Staff are very friendly. They also put some cakes and tea upstairs for guests. The cake is one of the best I ever tried. Overall, the best B&B I ever stayed.
We had a very relaxing night. Our room was lovely. The place is homely and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Staff were helpful and friendly. There is also a tea room which serves excellent food during the day.
Friendly staff, lovely room. In spite of place being closed for the holiday weekend we were very well looked after by Nicole and it was great to have the place to ourselves, it felt like home!.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I was welcomed as if it was someone's own home, rather than a business. The décor and facilities were tasteful and very comfortable.
The staff was very friendly. It felt like we were staying in their own
home. Breakfast was delicious both days. We liked the neighborhood feel.
Generous staff, fresh scones and range of different tea tastes for evenings as well as nice breakfasts.
Lovely house and decor, very comfortable bed, very nice breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff.
Great rooms, gorgeous decorating. Great breakfast options. Wonderful helpful friendly staff.
Friendly, relaxed, comfortable, convenient, great food, good location, everything you needed.
Room was gorgeous and the ipod dock and hairdryer and samples from tea rooms a lovely touch.
Loved the great desserts with afternoon tea and location close to upscale shopping.
friendly helpful staff,great breakfasts,handy location.
nice place , excellent friendly , helpful staff.
location & comfort.
excellent quailty.
the tea.
Staff reacted correctly to my complaint
The cooked breakfast was very good - but I wasn't given a side plate.
Nothing!.
Had early tee times two of the three days I stayed there, so I only had a chance to enjoy their very good breakfast once. Was very tricky figuring out how to turn on the shower - some instructions would have been helpful.
My room was fairly small and should climb two floors to reach it.
Breakfast serving starts at 8:30.
Wi-fi signal was somewhat intermittent in our room but was fine elsewhere.
Nothing.
Electric shower did not work despite reporting both days. Fine If it
could not be fixed, just let us know. The inn was not full so we used
hall shower.
Wifi reception was not there in my room.
The electric shower in the Jasmine room was disappointing: powerful on cold but little more than a dribble on hot.
They appear to have charged my credit card twice which I'm following up on. Breakfast only starts at 9am which is late if you are keen to get out and explore the city (although breakfast service is quick).
Lisburn road is lovely but you will be relying on taxis to go into and out of city centre.
nothing of any great importance.
my continental breakfast was only cereal and toast .
soiled towels - bathroom window doesn't stay up - couldn't work out the TV controls - inaccesible switches/plugs - chipped china (cup rims/teapot spouts) - dusty cobweds in the breakfast/café área -
used plates sitting around on tables on the first floor.
