Everything was perfect! The location was not to close to overcrowded tourist areas but still close enough to some of the city's major attractions. The staff was wonderful and always helpful. Apart from the excellent and friendly service provided by the Hotel staff at every level, we liked the comfort and spaciousness of the rooms and the location of the Hotel, particularly its proximity to Florence Nightingale Hospital, which was the main reason of our travel to Istanbul from Ankara. Walking areas nearby and closeness to newly opened Marmaray Metro station to go to the European side under the Bosporus are additional positive factors about the Hotel.

Hospitality , since my arrival wellcoming spirit with everyone , every
one wants to help . I also noticed a precsion in everything I asked for.
Before leaving the hotel , I was planned to have a taxi pick up at 4:45
in the morning . at 3:30 am ,safe box in my room failed to open with all
my valuables inside (passport , air ticket , money..) I picked up the
phone and asked for help , a few minutes later a smily guest service
personell came over and open it for me . I expected to have some delay

The SPA facility is one of a kind. Spacious and covering a wide range of functions in a very unique way. It is fantastic and I never seen anything like it around the world. The location by Spanca Lake is an added value for a very relaxing view with a very neat landscape arrangement.
