  Excellent staff ( Yildirim and Ofuk). The staff was supper nice. The owner, Aziz, was helpful and tried to help ASAP. Very close to Galata Tower and Galata bridge and to the Bosphoros.   Hospitality is SUPER GREAT, the staff is incredible. We felt as in home. Thank You. Things we liked: - Location: the hotel is located in sultanahmet, which is close to the city's landmarks (TopKapi, Blumosque, AgaSofia, Hippodrome, Grand Bazzar) and others. Location is really perfect. This hotel is best for a city-trip. It's 5 minutes walk to Hagia Sofia and Blue Moscue. Tram station is also not so far. The building is a historic one, after the restoration. Living in a tradition house is a special experience for travelers. Staff is extremely kind and helpful! Breakfast is quite simple but absolutely enough to start your day in Istanbul!

  The service at the reception is amazing. They helped us look up times for boat trips, asked how our day was and even organized transportation to the airport when we left. The flat we stayed in was well decorated, nice and roomy. It was on a quite court yard and as the court yard was wide we got sunlight into the apartment. Just down th - Location is ideal, only about 200m away from Tophane tram station. Staffs were always at their service 24hr, and would do far beyond for your comfort.
