  First the location of the hotel is great (city center, major attractions close to hotel). Second the hotel staff is really friendly and helpfull. The breakfast is fine as well. - The staff was very helpfully.The room was small, and since we don't like them, we were mooved to a suite without extra cost.Thanks.

  We came for hanging around in Istanbul. I chose this hotel because I wanted to go to Taksim and other historical places so the hotel met my expectations with its location and its helpful and proffessional staff.   It was a most excellent stay! The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was always someone available that spoke english. The house keeping staff were very friendly.
