Hotel is located in old part of Istanbul where all streets are full of wholesale shops and street sellers and you can feel real Istanbul among those people. We had the King Suite room and it was really really nice. You have a nice view. You can see the sea from your bed. Rooms are very clean. Staff very friendly and helpfull, especially Murat from the reception. Location of the hotel is very good: walking distance from the Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Grand Bazar and Spice Bazar. And the hotel is sorounded by shops. Overall, the hotel is very good value for the money. I recomend it.

Everything was good. Staff is helpful, everybody speaks English, one of them speaks Russian.Breakfast is smorgasbord. You can eat vegetables,fruits,cheeses,curd like Georgian matsoni,flakes,eggs,sausages etc. in any way you could not stay hungry.I live with my mum and she said that this hotel has great location. You never hear azan in the morning. Bedding was snow-white. Bathroom was clean. Next time I'll choose this hotel.

staff were ausume, frienly, well speaking english and helpfull. location was the best, in heart of best live street of city ,in Isteglal st. very good breakfast, they upgrade our reservation to suit with no eaxtra charge as was low season yet. safe box in front desk and they kept our luggage for 5 days till we came back of our local trip.
