Great hospitality by Hasan and team. Friendly, warm and very welcoming. The apartment was nearby the hotel and had a nice view of the blue mosque. It is walk up apartments and my 73 year old mother and 2 young kids had some difficulties but the room was comfy and the view nice so they didn't mind walking. Thank you Hassan and team for making our stay comfortable and wonderful.

Nice and clean room but too small. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent. The neighborhood looked strange at the beginning but afterwards we understood there was nothing to be afraid as it was full of hotels!
It's 10-15 minutes walking time from Aya Sofia and Blue Mosque (sultanahmet tram stop). Do not try the cemberlitas tram stop as it is uphill and tiring.

The location is perfect for people who visit Istanbul for the first time. The owner offered free airport pick-up if you book more than 3 nights, which helped us a lot since our flight arrived at Sabihah airport, which is really far far away from the Sultanmehmet district.
