The Grand Washington hotel was located in an ideal location for exploring the city - walkable to the Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, and other cultural sites. The location is great which is a walking distance from a lot of historical locations and also from the famous Istanbul Bazaar. It's very quite, relaxing and clean. The room and bathroom spaces are very well managed and organized. The bids are very comfortable which was very important after a very long day walking. -

Very helpful, friendly and welcoming staff. Close location to the excellent tram network that runs in and around Istanbul. Very easy and simple access to all the sights of Istanbul by using the tram. I liked the courtesy of hotel staff esp the hotel manager, ambience of
hotel, breakfast buffet offered by hotel every morning. During our check-
out the reception staff was very helpful and even kept our stuff in the
luggage room as our flight was in the evening. The location of the hotel
was next to a street connecting Aksaray station but in a quiet place
next to a garden with play area for kids. I will definetly recommend
others to stay at this hotel.

The staff at Bulvar Palas are not just good -- they are exceptional. Everyone spoke fluent English, were accommodating beyond belief (we arrived at 6 a.m. hoping just to check our bags while we went sightseeing and they offered to rush making up a room for us so we could get in there at 10 a.m. without being asked). Everything! The hotel is great! Due to my business life I am staying in
hotels more than a week per month but never saw soo much friendly staff
and ckean hotel! It is 4 stars only in the papers, because in reality it
is a 5 star hotel!!! Even when we had a problem with a taxi,
resemptionist came and fight with him with a sucessful end! Location is
also great, 10 min by taxi from taksim and 4 tram station from hagia
sofia and blue tzami.
