  Small, but a nice and clean room. We enjoyed the wonderful and warm pool and the great view from the restaurant. Friendly staff. Just 10min from Grand Bazaar. A lot of restaurants in the area, we liked "Lavazza". - Services at the hotel - everything was there: 2 restaurants, spa, pool, hamam, minibar. The breakfast was just delicious!   First the location of the hotel is great (city center, major attractions close to hotel). Second the hotel staff is really friendly and helpfull. The breakfast is fine as well. - The staff was very helpfully.The room was small, and since we don't like them, we were mooved to a suite without extra cost.Thanks.

  I've really enjoyed the stay in this hotel, one of the best and still new (just opened in mid Dec) ...The staff are very friendly despite the fact I had one small problem with one of the team but he apologized immediately as well as the Manager .
