  First the location of the hotel is great (city center, major attractions close to hotel). Second the hotel staff is really friendly and helpfull. The breakfast is fine as well. - The staff was very helpfully.The room was small, and since we don't like them, we were mooved to a suite without extra cost.Thanks.

  It's the 2nd time we stayed just only for one night and the staff always welcomed us very friendly, the rooms are big and bathroom too and are quiet. The location is quite good, 10min walk from the Grand Bazar.   I've really enjoyed the stay in this hotel, one of the best and still new (just opened in mid Dec) ...The staff are very friendly despite the fact I had one small problem with one of the team but he apologized immediately as well as the Manager .
