The staff were very welcoming and nice in general, as well as being helpful with giving a lot of tips and advice on where to visit. It had an excellent location near nightlife and restaurants in Nevizada street, in the Taxim Square area. They Helped carry our bags to our hotel. The place was also tastefully decorated.

The hotel is beautifully designed, very class with baroque-style furnishings which I love. The helpful and friendly staff especially Ms Begum Girgin is amazing who emailed us a welcome letter prior to our arrival and assisted us in anything we needed at the hotel and our city trips. The staff were very helpful when we called ahead on the day with our arrival time. It helped that they also spoke clear english. The apartment was clean and spacious. Getting there wasn't too much of an issue as its just off the main strip of İstiklal Avenue & not far from Taksim Station - perfect location really. personally lov - it`s an exciting experience . the hotel, in spite of being small , it was very organized , very clean , staff are so helpful and i think that the fees are fair enough .
another point that i would like to clarify that my booking was for an ordinary room but when i reach the hotel they told me that i will stay in a luxe room coz my room was in use ! this is an experience that i recommend to everyone who intend to travel to istanbul.

It was lovely one bedroom apartment in cihangir. The apartment was nicely renovated and the bedroom gets good light. it was not noisy around the apartment. There was a balcony at the back which might be used during the summer to chill. The staff was very nice and kind. it is in very hip neighborhood in istanbul and it is good value for the money compared the other apartment at the area. i would stay again without thinking
