- Zeynap, the property manager is extremely helpful and gave us many
important tips - since we were in ist for the first time. She even
followed up prior to our arrival as to how we would be commuting from
the Airport. The pick up service arranged was comfortable and
reasonably priced. When we arrived, through we had a reservation for 4

This hotel was fantastic from the moment we arrived until we left. The
rooms are very cosy and beatifully designed if a little small. The
facilities in the room are top class and even though it is a 4 storey
building it has an elevator. We would like to thank the management staff
who were extremely polite and helpful during our stay. Furthermore the
location is perfect, it is very close to Galata tower which is in my
opinion the best location in Istanbul with small cobbled streets and
beautiful

comfortable in the hands of the great staff at Chef Apartments. We had
booked a penthouse and we had plenty of space, a well equipped kitchen

First of all it's location of the hotel - five minute walk from Istiklal street? Galata Tower and Tunel station, which will take you right to the Karakoy and Galata bridge in 90 seconds! This hotel is in excellent location, near Taksim Square. It is very well connected with other parts of the city. The staff is very friendly and they speak English well. Rooms are cleaned once in two days. Rooms have air conditioning (which will not be charged extra), TV, new bathroom. -
