Centralt läge, frukosten var helt OK - The staff is amazing. I had a huge problem with my car, my window was broken. They took the keys, and Mehmeth- the bell boy spent one whole day, trying to sort out the problem( which was very difficult for a day). Thanks to him, the car was ready how he promised. The staff in this hotel are very professional and supportive.
The hotel is located less then a 5 min walk from istiklal st. and the metro station that will take you to the main attraction of the city.
the breakfast is nice and with a wide variety of choices.
rooms are roomy and clean.
overall do not hesitate in choosing this hotel.
I know it will be my first choice the next time i come to Istanbul

Hotel is at center of Istanbul, just a few steps from Taksim square. We somehow get big bridal suite on the last stage free of any additional fees. I was there with my mom, the stay was comfort, staff were friendly and
helpful and speaking english very well (as it's rare in turkey:D)..
The package for the turkish bath and massage was amazing. I loved the
