  We booked a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was very clean and very new with nice finishing and was cleaned everyday. The staff were very friendly and helped us in booking restaurants/clubs and speak good English. The location is great, in one of the best parts of istanbul full of nice cafes and away from the busy touristy areas.   I like the hotel in general, the staff were friendly and they tried to help us regarding to internet issues,we received special treatment ,the receptionist changed the room from floor two to seven with a nice view and also we received a gift (bowl fruits and drinks . the most interesting thing is unlikely of other hotels in Istanbul no one ask us ... vad folk säger » for giving any deposit in check in time,and no rushing for checkout as well. I liked the gym,steam room and the swimming pool very much. - DIVAN Istanbul is perfectly central, 3 minutes walk to Istiklal Caddesi and a 8 minute walk to the Dolmabahçe Palace and Bosphorus. While a hotel in an ideal location is not necessarily a good hotel, this hotel is close to ideal as it is luxurious, affordable with friendly and helpful staff. Made our stay in Istanbul memorable. Moreover, it has a good gymn, indoor swimming pool and a spa.

  Centralt läge, frukosten var helt OK - The staff is amazing. I had a huge problem with my car, my window was broken. They took the keys, and Mehmeth- the bell boy spent one whole day, trying to sort out the problem( which was very difficult for a day). Thanks to him, the car was ready how he promised.   I spent some days of my honeymoon two years ago in the hotel. I stayed in both times at a senior suit with a wonderful view facing the east. It was wonderful to see the sunrise every morning through the window that occupied the whole wall. The suit is spacious and comfortable. The reception is excellent.
