The general manager was extremely helpful and gone out of his way to organize tours for us. His English is excellent. The rest of the staff were also very helpful. The metro station was a stone throw away which was very convenient and the bus station too. There are many eating places around the hotel. Their breakfast was very good. the saving can

İbis İzmir has a great location just in front of grand station. I went to İzmir for a concert and I stayed there just one night. Concert hall was in walking distance. İzmir İnternational Airport is easy to reach from hotel ıt takes just half an hour by train. Staff was really friendly and helpfull. Children were free of charge.

Hotel was great, very clean and comfortable.
Great location if you're just going through Izmir like myself. Very close to both train stations. 10 minute walk to the closer one, 40 minute walk from the second on.

The design of the rooms were modern, clean and bright and exactly as advertised..... the reception staff were extremely friendly, helpful and available at all times. we stay in Tanik 2 nights. The first night we didn't get the room with balcony as our reservation. While they helped us to change to another bigger room with balcony immediately the next morning even when we're away and not asking for change again. Which is beyond our expectation. The bus transit stop and Havas stop to airportis are among walking distance .

nice, clean hotel and very nice staff )) - It was quiet, clean and had an in-room bathroom/shower. The air conditioner worked well, and since the hotel is on a side street, it kept out the noise. Breakfast was simple and ample. The staff were extremely helpful and nice.
