  Everything was excellent. Our host was very polite, he was helping us from the beginning with bringing our suitcases (we were 5 girls so it was not easy to carry all our staff:)), everything what we asked him, he was explaining and double checking afterwards to give us more information. The apartment itself is very comfortable for 5 people, centrally located (near shopping street, great bars and clubs) - The hotel was in very good location. The stuff was very kind, Murat, the owner, was very helpful, give us all needed information. We stayed 5 persons in two bedroom apartment, and the apartment was very comfortable, clean. It is great for young people, close to istikal street, taksim, all good location to see and visit. We definetly would stay in this hotel.

  Eklektik is an amazing place in a fabulous location, staffed by super-nice and incredibly helpful people, and features one of the best light-breakfasts i've ever had at a hotel - but to call this place a hotel is almost misleading, because you truly feel like a "house guest" here.   They offer a car service from the airport (for a fee). The Concierge/Reception are very friendly and try to accommodate any requests...ask for Ahmet, he's the best! They upgraded me to a suite without me even inquiring. They had cleaning staff come daily to tidy my apartment. (Note: Rooms Galata is located on a steep incline- which I loved for daily excerc - Me and my husband had an absolutely fantastic treat from the time we got to the hotel to the time we took off again. The atmosphere was super nice, quiet and comfortable and we felt at home from the very 1st second we entered the door where Emir welcomed us. We booked a rather large room so we enjoyed the spacy room.   I've really enjoyed the stay in this hotel, one of the best and still new (just opened in mid Dec) ...The staff are very friendly despite the fact I had one small problem with one of the team but he apologized immediately as well as the Manager .   I stayed in this flat and only good thing about it was 5 mintues walk to Taksim square. The staff were very friendly and very safe to stay with your family. - It was a spacious apartment and would have been an enjoyable stay had the amenities been better.

  The apartment was good, clean and the staff was very friendly. They also helped us to find the parking near and with translation and payment for it. The manager offered us to see all available apartments and choose the one we like most. The location was great. Istiklal street is at 3 min walk. As we were in Istanbul for a fifth time :) we did not want to see m - The staff were very helpful when we called ahead on the day with our arrival time. It helped that they also spoke clear english. The apartment was clean and spacious. Getting there wasn't too much of an issue as its just off the main strip of İstiklal Avenue & not far from Taksim Station - perfect location really.
