  Excellent facilities at a very good price. Cannnot fault the hotel. Staff were really helping and polite. Room was of a decent size, with all the necesary facilities. The bed was a tad ont he hard side, but I like it that way, so no problem!   Excellent staff ( Yildirim and Ofuk). The staff was supper nice. The owner, Aziz, was helpful and tried to help ASAP. Very close to Galata Tower and Galata bridge and to the Bosphoros.   What is not to like about this hotel... The location and staff are a standout!! The boys on the front desk were more than helpful and made great recomendations! The area is surrounded by lovely shops and cafes and a pleasant walk over the bridge to Saltanahmat or along Istiklal St to Taksim square (it is also very close to the metro and tram if yo... vad folk säger » ur legs get a little tired). I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and family :) - We stayed here for 5 nights and found Galata34 to be in a perfect central location for our time in Istanbul. Only 100m from Galata tower and an easy walk or tram to both Taksim and Sultanahmet. The rooms were really clean, comfortable and spacious considering the affordable price. The staff were welcoming and willing to help us with transport and any questions we had about our time in Turkey. Highly recommend this hotel!
