  They offer a car service from the airport (for a fee). The Concierge/Reception are very friendly and try to accommodate any requests...ask for Ahmet, he's the best! They upgraded me to a suite without me even inquiring. They had cleaning staff come daily to tidy my apartment. We booked a rather large room so we enjoyed the spacy room.   We liked everything! Not a single complaint. Excellent location, very good spa facilities for such not big hotel in the center, design interior, very good breakfast, staff very supportive.   Very helpful and nice stuff. Location - next to the istiglaliyyet street 5min walk. A lot of nice pubs in surrounding. Front view, top floors are really nice deal. Clean - the room was cleaned everyday. We have stayed for 4+2nights. There are a lot of things to see in Istanbul and night life is one of them. Breakfast was good.   It was convenient for the major attractions of Sultanhamet. The staff were friendly and the facilities were fine. Great views of Hagia Sophia from the roof terrace.   The hotel is located in a small street of a populated area. It is not far from the old city (a 20 minutes’ walk along a main street but the street car stop is close). The lobby is not large but agreeable: a small reception desk, sofas, tables with books, a screen showing international flights arrivals and departures. It was large (27 square meters) with three beds (one queen size), carpeted floor, two armchairs with a sm - The hotel staff were extremely friendly and hospitable. The hotel upon request had also arranged transfers to and back to the airport which was also very handy. Main tourist attractions were not that far from the hotel around 15min walk or 5-10min on the tram. Last but not least I had forgotton some money in the hotel when I checked out.   It's the 2nd time we stayed just only for one night and the staff always welcomed us very friendly, the rooms are big and bathroom too and are quiet. The location is quite good, 10min walk from the Grand Bazar.
