Konak is within a short walk of the Istanbul Congress Centre as well as the subway, tram and Taksim Square. The staff were really helpful and there was usually someone around speaking English. Good breakfast and reasonable restaurant. Very nice bathrooms.

They accepted our requests (we had crazy arrival and departure times) and informed us about the things to see in the city and how the transportation system worked. Nice and cosy hotel with an excellent location - only 5 minutes walk from the Istiklal Street and its numerous restaurants, cafes, shops and exchange offices and Taksim metro station.
Very friendly staff, especially Mr. Serkan, who helped us a lot with all kinds of things from transfer from the airport to finding the way to the nearest exhange office.
Stylish rooms.
Good price.

It was really being an amazing stay at cookpoint.. You will find pubs, restaurants, bars, barber shops, taxi, metro and above all heart of the city taksim just 200 m away... You will find nice people around who are really friendly... Hotel clean and bathroom was a bit small but it was cleans... Room was awesomely designed... It's a nice kitchen where you can cook or make a coffee... I will give 10/10... Keep it up

Cheap price for a comfortable and cozy room; the wooden floor is definitely a must. Furthermore, it is very close (4mn walk) to Taksim square and all its shops and restaurants. Lastly, the room possess all the amenities (mini bar, safe, kettle, etc.) you would find at Radisson or Intercontinental, but for less than a third of the cost of it (paid just around $60 for a night and price get lower when booking longer) and the staff is welcoming and speaks fluent English.. I'll happily come back to
