  The receptionists were exceptionally excellent in providing extra information for a new guest like me who did not have much knowledge about Istanbul - it was nice and bubbling for someone like me who loves city life. Breakfast was nice and I enjoyed my stay.

  Centralt läge, frukosten var helt OK - The staff is amazing. I had a huge problem with my car, my window was broken. They took the keys, and Mehmeth- the bell boy spent one whole day, trying to sort out the problem( which was very difficult for a day). Thanks to him, the car was ready how he promised.   Very helpful and nice stuff. Location - next to the istiglaliyyet street 5min walk. A lot of nice pubs in surrounding. Front view, top floors are really nice deal. Clean - the room was cleaned everyday. We have stayed for 4+2nights. There are a lot of things to see in Istanbul and night life is one of them. Breakfast was good. In general I would ... vad folk säger » stay here again and the price was as per the value. - I did like the reception team and how they took good care of us during our stay even the manager had a big part . although it wasnt our first stay and definitely not the last we really enjoyed staying in tulip city hotel feeling at home...

  We liked everything! Not a single complaint. Excellent location, very good spa facilities for such not big hotel in the center, design interior, very good breakfast, staff very supportive. I got a free upgrade to a rooftop suite. Very comfortable rooms. Beatris at the reception was particularly very helpful and efficient. I'd definitely stay here again.

  I've really enjoyed the stay in this hotel, one of the best and still new (just opened in mid Dec) ...The staff are very friendly despite the fact I had one small problem with one of the team but he apologized immediately as well as the Manager . This was like a breath of fresh air as I had experienced difficulty with another hotel called best Nobel And Nobel hotel so was beginning to think Istanbul was not good for solo female travellers!!! I have booked again for 6 nights in February so I can fully experience the hotel's fine hospitality
