The design of the rooms were modern, clean and bright and exactly as advertised..... the reception staff were extremely friendly, helpful and available at all times. The location was perfect for shopping, sea front walks etc. and the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent.... well done Kordon Hotel!! -

We chose this hotel solely for its proximity to the train station, and
found that it exceeded our expectations. Staff was friendly (even
brought us a free cup of tea as we sat out in the garden one afternoon),
spoke good English, and helped us communicate with our car rental
company as we struggled to get the car turned in on time. Excellent

We stayed here because of its proximity to the Izmir airport -- and it did turn out to be very easy to drive to the airport from here. I was a little concerned because the Lonely Planet guidebook had warned against this neighborhood, but it was totally fine (we walked around) and the hotel was perfect -- modern, minimalist, obviously meant for businesspeople, but very welcoming to my family. The staff was very friendly and ready to help in e dry way. I was looking for local vegetarian food, they recommended a place drove me there and pick me up after dinner. The rooms were very quiet for a hotel next to the airport. I am a light sleeper and I sleep well, there were no noise form airport.

We had booked a suite room because we have 2 small children, but it was unavailable. The staff was helpful in giving us two rooms next to each other for the same price. The staff was helpful in calling us a taxi for a dinner out, and providing the early shuttle service to the airport. I was also amazed that the breakfast was put out so early. Our children were able to grab a sandwich before our 5 am departure to the airport.

Couldn't be closer to the bus station... I would have stayed anywhere that was close to the bus station in order to catch my morning bus, but this was actually a nice place for sure. -
The location next to the bus station is great for someone who needs a morning connection on the bus. The breakfast was fine.
