The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms we got the first time were nice and big enough for 2 people.The location is good, a short walk from all the main attractions. The breakfast room is very nice.There wasn't much variety at breakfast but when we complained about this they added more items the next day which was very nice of them

The apartment seemed brand new inside, with a lovely kitchen (which we didn't use due to the sheer amount of kebabs and cakes that were consumed outside), very nicely presented, Wi-Fi, TV and living room. The location is perfect for people who visit Istanbul for the first time. The owner offered free airport pick-up if you book more than 3 nights, which helped us a lot since our flight arrived at Sabihah airport, which is really far far away from the Sultanmehmet district. But the owner kept his word. The facility is new, rooms are clean. Apart from one single bed, two double beds, there are still two sofa beds available.
