  The suite that we were given along with the staff were superb. So good infact that I can name each and every member there. They knew who I was from the first day to the last catering to my every need and request. Guvenc was the front office manager who made special arrangements for me.   It was really enjoyable stay at Movenpick Istanbul, so comfortable, so quite, service and staff is really 5 stars.... Restaurant, wellness center, men and women beauty salon, internet is good. Before leaving the hotel , I was planned to have a taxi pick up at 4:45 in the morning . at 3:30 am ,safe box in my room failed to open with all my valuables inside (passport , air ticket , money..) I picked up the phone and asked for help , a few minutes later a smily guest service personell came over and open it for me . I expected to have some delay

  Centralt läge, frukosten var helt OK - The staff is amazing. I had a huge problem with my car, my window was broken. They took the keys, and Mehmeth- the bell boy spent one whole day, trying to sort out the problem( which was very difficult for a day). Thanks to him, the car was ready how he promised.
