The best Guesthouse in my travel of thailand. Very clean, they make Swans with the towel, very pretty! All the guesthouse have new rooms, the bed is confortable, the shower is hot and relaxing, the ac is good, the breakfast have a lot of options and the staff is very, very, very friendly! They are the best of thailand and I need return to Sukhothai and to this Guesthouse. A great litte guest house with standalone traditional Thai huts made of teak wood. Rustic, simple but very pleasant. Quiet area, comfortable beds. Breakfast was good particularly as it was included in an already low room rate. The young man managing reception was friendly & helpful. Very close to reasonable restaurants, & the historic park. Good value for money.

We had some medical troubles and staff was more helpful than anywhere else in Thailand (what is really hard goal to beat). Hotel is located very close to Sukkhothai Park. This was one of the best places I've stayed in Thailand so far. Nice breakfast, nice bungalows, nice and quite atmosphere and full of details that makes this place beautiful! I definitely would stay here if I visit Sukhothai again! :-). it was in a nice quiet little area by the crop field. room was nice and very clean. staff friendly and helpful. very easy to get to the park by bike. breakfast was delicious too. There's a lot a options available, for exemple you can rent a bike. Thai massage in the room was pleasant, the terasse was really enjoyable. Only 15 min. walking distance to Sukhothai Heritage Park and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful room. It is located near Old Sukhothai, you can explore the ruins by bike. If you like to go to the old city, new city or bus station they can arrange a tuk-tuk for you. a king size bed, is enough for 2 adults + 2 children (7, 2.5). Nice room and friendly staff. The place is a bit distant from restaurants in this area what makes small inconvenience for a dinner. they should have a swimming pool and free bikes. There was no safe deposit available. They have to improve breakfast. Dogs around the hotel. breakfast could better, no swimming pool. Tv with only thai channels. Nothing. No hot water in the basin. Everything was fine. Nothing. There is a pretty big gap under the entrance door. So if you don't mind sharing your room with a gecko or two you will really enjoy nice rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. Wifi not available in the room. although it's written "all children under 8 are free", when we came,the girl at the reception tried to convince us, that the room isn't good for 4 people (it doesn't help her). our impression is that they don't like families with children. poor breakfast. Location perfect for the temples but totally out of the city (12 km far).
