Vad folk säger

Location at the beach good salad for breakfast made up for the cold food. How can you eat cold pancakes or freid eggs????? I asked the head- staff.......they just smiled but did nothing aboiut it. Also they should put felt stickers under chair legs so no noise when you sit down or slide- out........ A $ 50.00 investmnt which might make the clients forget about the cold food??? And will make me happy next time I come and don't hear this horrible scraping noise over a concrete floor......
alla recensioner » The hotel had a nice atmosphere and a great swimming pool. The restaurant put on a good spread of Thai and Western food for breakfast and provided good authentic Thai food in the evening at reasonable prices. The staff were friendly and helpful despite the language barrier. View of the Beach was excellent. Friendly staff. Nice and children friendly pool. Excellent breakfast buffet. Songkhla is a Nice area With few tourists and decent prices. I like the rooms and hotel's accomodations. Peacefull environment. Could feel the culture. Attitude of people surrounding are correct for tourist attraction. location,peaceful ,nearby attraction. good location near the beach. Fantastic location and a room with a seaview. Less than a minutes walk to the beach with the Golden Mermaid and the Samila beach restaurants a few minutes further walk away. Nice location near to the beach and restaurants. Good breakfast buffet Sure will come back stay here again and want to recommended to anyone who wish to stay in Songkhla. Friendly staff in Beach Lounge. View Staff. city songkhla is really woth a visit and has very quiet beaches. Food was always cold, so I took my prefried eggs and sausages and pancakes to the grill and re-heated them while the cook looked-on and did nada.......... The Level of Staffs English knowledge was too poor. Servicing staffs hardly understand english. It is hard to communicate through intercomm. We have to be Face to face and use arms gesture and body language to get them to understand. Owner of hotel should employ landscape designer ,lighting designer and repair some minor defects like water feature inside lobby since they have a solid building at an attractive location. impossible to swim in the sea (near the port). No facilities for tea drinking. no cafee near the hotel, the nearest is 4-5 km. the same is for minishops. The hotel does need money spending on it for refurbishment but it didnt affect our holiday. I had call to friend room but its the line always direct to operator,maybe the phone's button not function,the operator ask me dial again with no good voice. Staff is not uniform at the counter check in is not good communication.For others staff ok. Wifi strength very poor although in hotel area. Difficult to find took took. Breakfast does not cater from foreign (western) customers. Insufficient choice. No Hot Water Power Cuts Noise from adjacent rooms Upset stomach from Room Service. very, very old hotel and not up to european standards....now i know why only see thai people there, really need new paint and some ceilings even have holes that are covered with sheets (!!!) but there are not many hotels to choose from as their are no tourists in songkhla.
