  The hotel has a nice location. İt is newly refurbished. Has a wonderful pool. Service is very efficient. But the bedt thing about the hotel is Jorge. The General Manager. İ believe he is one of the best in the sector. He can literally spend hours and hours with all customers to make their stay in Bangkok pleasent.   The hotel makes me feel like I am really in Thailand - beautiful silk everywhere and graceful Thai service. The pool is perfect for laps or lounging and the spa is excellent. It is a perfect city hotel in Bangkok. Food is great. - We stayed in one of the deluxe suites, which was just lovely.   Amazing hotel! Staff are more than happy to help with anything at all and make you feel very welcome. My stay here was fantastic. The room was fantastic, very well looked after and clean, amazing views - we even had fresh fruit served each day of our stay. The spa, pool and gym again all fab! I have no complaints about anything at all for the hotel and couldn't recommend i - the hotel is very tall, 60+ and we had the room on the 58th floor, view was awesome. rooms were normal sized, bathrooms ok, the daily scents in the room were amazing, beds comfy. breakfast was good variety and very good view with fountain. the concierge service was excellent. the hotel is awesome but not like usual banyan tree hotels. spa was the best. free water in the rooms is great

  - very spacious and nice room we chose a two-bedroom apartment for my family and it was so worth it - complete equipment for living there, ovens, washers and everything. feel convenient just like your home - close to the BTS chong nonsi station - nice neighborhood, restaurants and bars around that you can walk to. - The Spa is very nice, the Spa'... vad folk säger » s stuff very friendly. The gym is fantastic and one of the main reasons why I choose this place over other hotels. The rooms are very nice, well equipped and the room cleaning service is immaculate.

  We were in this hotel many many times. I even any more don't know, how many times we were there. Our last visit to this hotel took place in July, 2013. At first, we thought to change hotel to diversify our visit of Bangkok. But then decided that Chatrium for us like a home and decided to go again to Chatrium. And again we didn't regret. There it is always cozy, s - This resort has everything! The apartments are massive, modern, incredible. Pool is stunning, great gym, restaurant, pool bar, wellness spa, children's playground, all day room service... I thought I'd died and gone to heaven...! I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Plus the convenience store (mini-mart) located on site was a blessing! Perfect for couples, families, health & wellness, business or leisure travellers.

  The pool and hotel were simple, clean and accessible. We didn't eat there since local food markets were within 5min. Bts Skytrain and pier were also within a 5 min walk. Awesome location if you want to go to Grand Palace, Wat Pho and KaoSan Rd. As a bangkok veteran, this was the first trip to those places and it cost me only 20baht for the ferry, ... vad folk säger » no traffic ride on the river. Awesome place, LOCATION...also...cheap massages around the corner. - Excellent service, very accessible location, staff were very helpful with information about the city, would recommend the hotel for a short visit to Bangkok. Sathorn pier is a 5 minute walk away, and much of the old city is best visited by the ferry. Shopping districts accessible from the BTS station, also a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

  beautiful place close to busy area of bangkok. gym, pool and restaurent are fabulous. staff is very efficient . very easy check in and out. will check fraser again for my next holiday( next year in europe). cheers alain - Very friendly staff.
