  I arrived without reservation and into the early morning hours at the last minute. Although there is always policy, I was accomodated after a short wait when the morning staff arrived. They were very friendly and helpful with understanding of my exhaustion from traveling. They have all the ammentities one would want to utilize while their stay.

  We stay in one of the regular rooms. It was actually nicer than I expected, and quite large for a standard room. I was happy with our room but would recommend booking one of the rooms with pool access. The staff and concierge were wonderful and went out of their way to help. After telling the front desk that we didn’t enjoy one of the excursions ... vad folk säger » that was booked for us, the concierge took the initiative to call the company and have the issue resolved for us. The hotel breakfast was also very - We stayed in penthouse ,with private pool,it was great,it is 3 floor suite,all equipment in room are the best brands, staff is perfect, breakfast is limited but very good quality and tasty, I saw that surin beach is the best in phuket, dinner buffet in catch club is the best, bbq king prawn,beef ,pastas,kebabs, cold sea food,, and not so expensive for a such quality and choice,,, finally, I searched many hotels before I went to phuket, I saw that I made the best choice,

  It's one of the best resort I ever stayed in so far. I stayed in luxury sea view pool villa and it was amazing. Me and my couple loved it, the sea view from the villa was breathtaking.   We had an Ocean View Private Villa. The villa was fantastic, incredibly spacious and the infinity pool overlooking the Andaman Sea was picturesque. What really added to our stay however, were the efficiency, friendliness and professionalism of the staff. An amazing location with equally good staff. - Rooms are fantastic, good bathrooms, the private pool is great. Liked the small gifts left by the room service.   Having travelled all around Thailand for the last 15 years I had noticed the Ayara on the hill but only in passing during stays at other resorts. The resort manages to provide the excellent Thai service to a very high standard, without being to formal. We misplaced a wallet containing over £1500 in various currencies and my driving licence. Hotel & spa is proper 5 star, staff are very freindly and helpful. Rooms are great wih fantastic views. Breakfast included up to 10:15 and was really good. The hotel is a 5-10 min walk to the beach strip, and the hotel came with free membership access to the 2 best beach clubs on the beach strip (catch beach club and bimi beach club).
