  I arrived without reservation and into the early morning hours at the last minute. Although there is always policy, I was accomodated after a short wait when the morning staff arrived. They were very friendly and helpful with understanding of my exhaustion from traveling. They have all the ammentities one would want to utilize while their stay.

  The location: although alittle distant from the airport and the major attraction, but the private beach is perfect, the location is safe and private, perfect for a chill. The Desgin: villas are smartly designed, you won't change a thing, I am an interior designer and this villas are an a+. The beds are very comfortable, the Bathroom is a piece of art, the privacy is very satisfactory. Th - The staff at the hotel were amazingly helpful, attentive and welcoming. The rooms and the views from the rooms are too die for! The private pools a welcome retreat from the bustle of the beach, as was the hotel's main pool, garden and bar area. This is a very romantic hotel with a fantastic spa.   Magnificent atmosphere and 5 star service. We stayed in the resort 6 days in jan of 2011. All nice words about Eric and his approach to hotel service wich I red in the web before trip were true. It is far from the beach but it doesn`t metter a lot because he offer a transfer service to beach and back for free.

  We stay in one of the regular rooms. It was actually nicer than I expected, and quite large for a standard room. I was happy with our room but would recommend booking one of the rooms with pool access. The staff and concierge were wonderful and went out of their way to help. After telling the front desk that we didn’t enjoy one of the excursions ... vad folk säger » that was booked for us, the concierge took the initiative to call the company and have the issue resolved for us. The hotel breakfast was also very - We stayed in penthouse ,with private pool,it was great,it is 3 floor suite,all equipment in room are the best brands, staff is perfect, breakfast is limited but very good quality and tasty, I saw that surin beach is the best in phuket, dinner buffet in catch club is the best, bbq king prawn,beef ,pastas,kebabs, cold sea food,, and not so expensive for a such quality and choice,,, finally, I searched many hotels before I went to phuket, I saw that I made the best choice,

  It's one of the best resort I ever stayed in so far. I stayed in luxury sea view pool villa and it was amazing. Me and my couple loved it, the sea view from the villa was breathtaking.   We had an Ocean View Private Villa. The villa was fantastic, incredibly spacious and the infinity pool overlooking the Andaman Sea was picturesque. What really added to our stay however, were the efficiency, friendliness and professionalism of the staff.   Having travelled all around Thailand for the last 15 years I had noticed the Ayara on the hill but only in passing during stays at other resorts. The resort manages to provide the excellent Thai service to a very high standard, without being to formal. We misplaced a wallet containing over £1500 in various currencies and my driving licence. The hotel is a 5-10 min walk to the beach strip, and the hotel came with free membership access to the 2 best beach clubs on the beach strip (catch beach club and bimi beach club).
