  Very nice staff.Staff were amazing with kids. Very clean rooms. Window between bedroom-bathroom was good as you could watch kids bathing.Comfy Beds. Good pool chairs/loungers. I asked for fried rice&boiled eggs for breakfast and they did it for me.Hotel only 5 min walk to mall. - Hotel was close to Patong Beach, Bangla street and the shopping... vad folk säger » mall. Nice swimmingpool on the roof top and simple but good breakfast. Bed was comfortable.

  The staffs are super friendly and helpful. My husband lost his Eftpos card so we need to log in to internet banking to transfer all money to mine card. The online transfer needs a special java programm which won't be available on ipads so we went downstairs to use the receptionist's personal laptop - and that was 2am in the morning - this lovely g... vad folk säger » uy also helped us carry the luggage from our room when we left - super friendly and very polite!! The room decoration is awesome, clean, modern, air c - was quite and clean, beds were softer than most we have stayed in before such as sugar palm resort. Close to the safer part of kata beach for swimming/surfing. New restaurants have opened up around the hotel with great food, a bit higher priced but you get what you pay for, this end of kata is really starting to take of. Friendly staff with a few who understand english very well, would stay here again.
