I like the location and the girl in the reception was very welcoming and helpful. The room was big and clean. Definitely a good deal that suit our budget. Overall we had a pleasant stay. - La situation de l'hotel, proche de toutes les activités.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the staff (especially Linda Vilaisin) very helpful to any requests from customers. Andrew was helpful right from airport pick-up till he arranged to pick us up from the pier at the end of a Phi Phi Island trip (also arranged through him at huge discount) and reach us to the airport on time to catch our Bangkok flight. He and his team took good care of us and, as and when we visit Phuket again, we may be Andrew's guests again!! -

The location was great for us, away from the very busy resort but only a
15 minute walk to the beach. Bit scruffy but much more real Thai than
Patong beach. Was great to have the swimming pool and sunbeds. The staff

Had a lovely stay at the guest house, the rooms were huge and amazing value for money, cleaned every single day with fresh towels and water. A big shopping center and the beach and night life are only a walk away but still enough distance so its quite. The manager Andrea was the most helpful insuring we had transport from the airport and advising

Very friendly welcome from Andrea the boss. Showed me around and give me some tips for good food and best bars. Rooms are very big for the small money.
The italian restaurant downstairs is a jewel. For 99bht you get best italian pasta and steaks. its full every evening mostly from italian residence. Excellent have not eat that good italian food since i was last time in Italy....
