Room is clean & spacious. The staff clean the room everyday. The hotel provide the beach towel also.
Quiet during night for a good sleep.Just 5 minutes walk to Patong Beach. About 10-15 minutes walk to Bangla Road. Overall good stay. Value for money. -

I like the location and the girl in the reception was very welcoming and helpful. The room was big and clean. Definitely a good deal that suit our budget. Overall we had a pleasant stay. - La situation de l'hotel, proche de toutes les activités.

Had a lovely stay at the guest house, the rooms were huge and amazing value for money, cleaned every single day with fresh towels and water. A big shopping center and the beach and night life are only a walk away but still enough distance so its quite. The manager Andrea was the most helpful insuring we had transport from the airport and advising

Very friendly welcome from Andrea the boss. Showed me around and give me some tips for good food and best bars. Rooms are very big for the small money.
The italian restaurant downstairs is a jewel. For 99bht you get best italian pasta and steaks. its full every evening mostly from italian residence. Excellent have not eat that good italian food since i was last time in Italy....

Their room is spacious; comfortable to sleep. Fast wi-fi access and no problem with the connection. They are very friendly and accommodating. You can also ask for arrangement on sightseeing tour with flexible time and itineraries. -
The hotel Staffs were excellent. The room was clean with good AC and a balcony. The hotel is quite close to Patong
