The staff were extremely helpful, the little bus service to and from your accommodation was great given it is built on a hillside. The rooms were clean and comfortable - added extra touches such as a free bottle of water every day, free safe box in room, and at around 4.30pm the doorbell went and we got a small box with two complimentary chocolat

The hotel is in a great location - not far from beach and very close to crazy Bangla road! If you are after a quiet place to stay, this might not be for you. This is a new hotel and is very clean. The rooms are spacious and is a good deal for the price you pay. Staff are friendly and helpful. Although it's about 10 minutes to the beach but it is quite strategically located to an array of massage parlors and food choices are abundance! -

Very friendly staff. Great views as the location is on a mountain top. Staff was amazingly friendly as it was a family run business. The complementary taxi service to and from Phuket centre makes life easier. The breakfast was made fresh. -

The staff is very friendly, patient and helpful. The hotel's
location is superb - it is in the middle of all the happenings, yet it
has its own secluded compounds and is quiet in the midst of all the
busyness and noise around it. It is very convenient for us to just walk
a short distance to the Bangla Road or Patong Beach, and retreat to the
serenity of the hotel within minutes. The service of the hotel tour
operators in the hotel is superb. Everything is just perfect!

The Jang is now like coming back to family. We recently had a family holiday there and the staff were fantastic from looking after us all which was no mean task as we had four family groups two families with young babies. The staff upgraded our daughter with a young baby to the Jang room to help have a more pleasurable stay. Value for money with a great location and staff that are attentive is evident at the Jang.
